"I recently had Brenneman Builders put new shingles, soffits, whirly bird vents (we had those previously and Nick said they are actually better than ridge vents) and 3 new skylights. Shingles are shingles and probably no one would notice. But the difference in the soffit is amazing after being on the house for 45 years. And the new skylights have retractable, remote control shades. I can’t say enough about the efficiency of their crew. There is no doubt in my mind that had they not had some issues with delivery of materials (normal delivery to supplier is on Monday but that was Labor Day and then when they delivered on Tuesday they only brought non vented soffit) that they would have job done in a day and a half. Total time was 2 days. Everyone on the crew was here with a purpose, knew their job and there was no standing around! Thanks Nick and Tyler and Brenneman Builders!"

"Nick, Tyler, and their crew were great. They were careful and conscientious and had great communication with me throughout the job. We were amazed at the long hours they put in over two hot days, but they didn't seem to rush or cut corners. And they cleaned up the job site during and after with great care. I would absolutely use them again. New roof looks great!"
